SOMATIC BREATHWORK
to access the belief and emotional material through the body.
Inner Roots AlchemyStart hereINNER ROOTS ALCHEMY
Somatic-based subconscious belief work for change from the inside out.
I work with the subconscious mind through the body to uncover and transform the beliefs, emotional associations and identity patterns underneath what is showing up consciously in your life.
My NeuroSomatic approach draws from somatic breathwork, memory reconsolidation, NLP, parts work, and nervous-system regulation and integration to work with the pattern at the level where it is actually operating.
Because knowing what you want to change and changing what your subconscious is operating from are two very different things.
We operate from the subconscious mind roughly 95–97% of the time, leaving a remarkably small portion of our waking life under the direction of the conscious mind.
And yet the conscious mind is where we usually try to create change.
We gather information.
We make the plan.
We decide what we should eat.
How we should communicate.
How to grow the business.
What relationship we want.
Who we're going to become.
What habits we're finally going to change.
And then we wonder why knowing better doesn't always translate into living differently.
In an age of information overload, most people don't have an information problem.
You can find information about almost anything you want to change.
How to improve your health.
How to build a business.
How to communicate.
How to set boundaries.
How to change your habits.
How to create wealth.
How to become more visible.
How to build the life you want.
The missing information usually isn't the problem.
The deeper question is:
Is your subconscious actually congruent with what your conscious mind says it wants?
Much of the way we approach change begins with what we can see.
The anxiety.
The chronic nervous-system activation.
The health pattern.
The procrastination.
The self-sabotage.
The relationship pattern.
The behavior we can't seem to stop.
The thing we know we should do—and still don't do.
We try to eliminate or manage the symptom.
My work goes underneath it.
What belief is this operating from?
What identity is underneath it?
What is the subconscious protecting?
What does receiving the thing you consciously want mean to the version of you operating underneath the surface?
Because if the conscious mind is moving toward something while the subconscious mind is organized around protecting you from it, you are working against yourself.
The deeper work is creating congruence.
Getting the subconscious on board with what you consciously want so the change can begin inside and become reflected outside.
In your health.
Your relationships.
Your work.
Your wealth.
Your opportunities.
Your choices.
And ultimately, in who you are becoming.
Because the subconscious isn't something I work with only by talking about it.
I use the body as the gateway to it.
Through somatic awareness and somatic breathwork, we can bring a belief out of intellectual understanding and into direct experience.
That's where we can begin working with what is actually underneath it.
My process can incorporate:
to access the belief and emotional material through the body.
to return to and transform the learning and meaning connected to where the belief was formed.
to work with subconscious language, identity, internal representations and the parts of you that learned to protect.
to support the system in integrating a new way of operating after the underlying subconscious shift.
This is NeuroSomatic work.
We aren't just thinking differently.
And we aren't just trying to make the body calm down.
We're working with the relationship between belief, emotion, identity, subconscious programming, the body and nervous-system response.
For years, I worked with specific beliefs.
Specific childhood experiences.
Specific patterns.
Specific things people wanted to change.
And I kept seeing the same underlying block.
We would find the limiting belief somatically.
We would begin bringing up the emotional material underneath it so it could be felt and shifted.
And then—
the internal alarm system would go off.
Not necessarily because the belief itself couldn't change.
But because there was a limit to how much of the emotion underneath it the person felt safe experiencing.
And underneath that was often another subconscious belief.
A story about what it meant to feel the emotion itself.
Someone wants to change something in their life.
They know what isn't working.
They know what they want instead.
And we begin accessing the anger underneath it.
I teach anger as creative power—the energy that says:
This isn't working.
Something needs to change.
It's the energy behind boundaries, action and our ability to disrupt what exists in order to create something different.
But what happens if somewhere in childhood you learned:
If I feel anger, I'll hurt someone.
If I'm angry, I'll be punished.
Angry people are bad.
If I express anger, I'll lose connection.
Now we're not simply working with a limiting belief about the thing you want to create.
We're running into a subconscious belief about whether you're even allowed to experience the emotion required to move through it.
Your system puts on the brakes.
Maybe sadness became associated with:
I'll be abandoned.
I'm weak.
Someone will exploit me.
No one will be there for me.
Then when sadness begins arising during deeper work, your subconscious isn't simply experiencing an emotion.
It's anticipating what it believes experiencing that emotion means.
If sadness means abandonment—and abandonment is primal—then shutting down sadness makes sense.
The emotion isn't necessarily the threat.
The subconscious story attached to experiencing it is.
And once I saw this pattern in myself and repeatedly in the people I worked with, something clicked:
THIS IS THE FOUNDATION.
THE EMOTIONAL ALCHEMY BLUEPRINT™
I realized I could work with individual limiting beliefs and specific past experiences all day.
But if someone still didn't have the capacity to experience the emotions those beliefs brought up, we were making the path harder than it needed to be.
That's what led me to create the Emotional Alchemy Blueprint™.
EAB works systematically with the subconscious stories attached to experiencing:
FEAR · ANGER · SADNESS · GRIEF · SHAME · DISGUST · JOY
Not because the goal is to eliminate those emotions.
Quite the opposite.
The goal is to create the foundation for being able to experience the full emotional range of being human.
Because once the subconscious no longer has to work so hard to prevent an emotion from being experienced, something else happens:
the material that was being protected from being felt has more room to move.
The resistance changes.
The pathways open.
And deeper belief work, identity work and creation can happen from a very different foundation.
But I don't believe it's the whole process.
I teach that perception dictates nervous-system state.
Your nervous system responds to what your subconscious perceives is happening and what it believes that experience means.
If old beliefs, emotional associations and unresolved experiences are still informing that perception, your nervous system is not malfunctioning when it responds protectively.
It's doing its job.
That's why I don't see nervous-system regulation as the end goal of this work.
Regulation tools are pivotal.
I use them.
But I use them especially for integration—supporting the nervous system after the underlying subconscious information has shifted so the system can integrate a different baseline of operating.
If we work only with nervous-system state while leaving the subconscious belief underneath it intact, we're working with the response without necessarily changing what keeps generating the response.
My approach goes deeper:
SHIFT THE SUBCONSCIOUS INFORMATION.THEN SUPPORT THE NERVOUS SYSTEM IN INTEGRATING THE SHIFT.The goal isn't permanent calm.
It's a system with enough capacity and flexibility to meet the full range of life.
Not one technique.
Not one program.
And not EAB alone.
Somatic-based subconscious belief work.
Working from the inside out with:
SUBCONSCIOUS BELIEFS
EMOTIONAL PATTERNS
IDENTITY
SOMATIC BREATHWORK
MEMORY RECONSOLIDATION
NLP + PARTS WORK
NERVOUS-SYSTEM INTEGRATION
EAB is the foundational emotional work within that larger body of work.
From there, we can work with what is actually asking to change:
Relationships.
Health.
Business.
Visibility.
Boundaries.
Receiving.
Self-worth.
Past experiences.
Identity.
Creation.
The patterns you understand intellectually but haven't been able to move.
And the version of you that you know exists—but haven't yet been able to live congruently as.
It's about changing what you're operating from.
So what you consciously want and what your subconscious is organized around no longer have to be pulling in opposite directions.
From there, we're not forcing change from the outside in.
We're allowing a different internal foundation to create a different external experience.
