Stop forcing a new identity

Identity Creation is one direction within the broader Inner Roots Alchemy body of work.
It can be especially powerful after EAB because the emotional foundation has been addressed—but it is not presented as something that can only exist after completing EAB.
Congruence before performance
A new identity is more than a better sentence about yourself.
It is the way you think, choose, expect, tolerate, receive, and move through your life. If the identity you consciously want conflicts with beliefs and protective patterns operating underneath it, becoming can begin to feel like constant self-management.
The deeper question
What would need to become congruent underneath the identity you want—so you are no longer trying to perform it from the outside?
The work
Create from a different internal foundation.
The process may incorporate identity work, subconscious programming, somatic integration, intentional creation, and manifestation-oriented work according to what is present.
Who am I becoming?
What do I actually want?
What do I want to create?
What am I willing to receive?
What beliefs and expectations belong to the identity I am leaving?
What does the identity I am creating think, choose, expect, tolerate, receive, and integrate differently?
A natural continuation—not a rigid prerequisite
EAB can change the foundation identity work is built on.
EAB asks what parts of life have been difficult to enter because of what you might have to feel.
Identity Creation turns toward who you are choosing to become and what you want to create as the subconscious foundation becomes more congruent with what you consciously want.
EAB clears the foundation. Then we build from it.
That sequence can be powerful. It is not the only legitimate way to begin working with me.
